Rules of Engagement

I reserve the right to deny appointments who are not a mutually beneficial match. 

Any attempt at negotiating rates will result in the end of our time together. 

Cashapp or a stripe invoice are my preferred method’s of payment. Should you need to utilize a cash deposit, please deliver this to me at least 48hs before your desired appointment.

If you paid a cash deposit, please place the remainder of my rate in plain view at the beginning of our date in an unsealed envelope. If we are meeting in public please place it within a card, book, or gift bag. 

I am able to accommodate both incall and outcall dates. Outcall dates incur an additional fee for me to travel to agreed upon accommodations.

My incall space is located off the intersection of HWY 67 & Polk exit.

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable when you cancel within the 72h window. Deposits are also transferrable if you reach out before 72hs of our date and you are able to reschedule within 7 days.

In the event that I must cancel, your deposit will be refunded immediately. 

For discretionary purposes please keep the memo for the deposit as “consulting”.

If you place a deposit for a date, you are responsible for the remainder of my rate if you cancel within 48 hours. 

If I have to cancel a date, I will refund you your deposit as soon as you receive notice from me.

If you wish to reschedule, you will need to let me know MORE than 48 hours before our date. In this case, your deposit can be moved to a future date of your choosing.

If you alert me within the 48 hour window, your deposit will no longer be eligible for transfer to a future date and a new one will need to be made. 

If you are unable to show up for an online date, you will lose the session, it cannot be transferred to another day.

I expect all clients to be freshly showered and well groomed with smooth nails on hands and feet, good oral hygiene if you enjoy kissing with fresh breath. 

Incall appointments will have toiletries for your use: fresh towels, mouthwash, body wash, wash cloths. 

When visiting my incall, you will be invited to shower upon arrival. If I am to visit you, please shower an hour before my arrival.

I offer an experience with an emphasis on developing a mental connection first. This time is customized to your needs to maximize our chemistry rather than a “one size fits all” approach. 

For a date that is both memorable and repeat worthy the following are required: good hygiene, compatibility, and chemistry. 

It is important for both parties to have realistic expectations and a clear understanding of wants, desires, and consent during our time together.

What happens during our time should remain between us. Treat me with respect and you will be met with the utmost appreciation, compassion, and respect in return.

My fees are for legal adult personal services and are simply for my time and companionship. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for nor is it requested to be contracted for in any manner.

I do not engage in any review sites and if I do find that you have posted one of our encounter, I will be terminating our relationship.

RATES

All fees paid to me are for my time and companionship only. If anything else occurs it is a matter of mutual choice between consenting adults.

Any fantasy scenarios contained in this site are purely that; they do not constitute any form of contractual obligation. I do not engage in any unlawful acts.

I reserve the right not to enter into any arrangement with those whom I reasonably believe to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

You cover all travel expenses including airfare (economy for 2h flights, business for anything more than 3hs), accommodations (if you are a first time customer, I need my own room; if you are a repeat customer, we can negotiate same room with two beds), car transportation, meals and excursions. I am here to practice and experience being an intimate witness of couples shared intimacy.

I don’t have to engage in everything, but I’m also willing to curate an experience for you.

Etiquette

      • Clear Communication: Clearly outline boundaries, expectations, and preferences. This includes what you’re comfortable with and any limitations.
      • Respect Privacy: Discretion and respect for prviacy is important, and any communication channels are used to prioritize confidentiality.
      • Consent and Respect: Consent and mutual respect is of utmost importance in all interactions. Any arrangement is contingent on the consent of all parties involved and boundaries must be respected at all times.
      • No Pressure: There will be no pressuring into making decisions or engaging in activities that you or I are not comfortable with. Take your time and make informed decisions.
      • Commitment to Inclusivity and Non-Discrimination: My services are available to couples of all sexual orientations, genders, and relationship dynamics.

I used to do this full-time and after about six months, I realized it took a bit more for me to show up. But, it is something that I will always be passionate about and happy to offer inquiring minds. 

If you are interested in pursuing professional domination, please add $200 to my base hourly rate, ie. 1h: $700, 2h: $1,400, and so on. 

If I were to describe my Domme nature, I’d describe myself as a sensual sadist. I love to be in control of someone’s body and make them feel things they’ve never imagined. This doesn’t always mean I “need to hurt someone” to enjoy myself, but I do like a bit of mental or physical torture, even if it is just teasing someone.

What if we've never met?

We could do a virtual date (see my packages for the price), get to know each other, talk plans, be sexy – whatever you desire for that hour. I do not accept FMTYs from anyone I’ve had zero interaction with, so please keep that in mind if you’d like to go on a trip together <3

Can we sleep in the same bed?

This is something I’m open and willing to do once we’ve had a few dates. Definitely okay with sharing the same room, but a separate bed is necessary. 

How much do I need to put down for a deposit?

$50 deposit is required for a 30 minute phone call to discuss details.

50% deposit of the session fee PLUS investment for flights, dog sitting, and travel are required upfront.

What expenses am I covering?

You’ll be covering flights, accommodations, ground travel (Uber), meals, and a dog sitter. Flights that are 3+ hours need to be business class.

FAQs

Screening is mandatory for all first-time meetings. All information is confidential and encrypted and only the only people who will have access to your information are myself and my Executive Assistant, Zoey Vonroe. Feel free to explore Zoey’s links by clicking on her name.

Discretion on both ends is of the highest importance. Providing false information will break our trust and result in me politely declining your date.

 

Standard appointments if canceled within 48 hours will surrender their 50% deposit fee. If canceling a FMTY appointment, all travel-related costs such as airfare and hotel are non-refundable.

 

Lunch and dinner dates are my favorite! Lunch/dinner dates have the perfect flow promoting more of a connection and making me want to please even more.

 

For our mutual privacy and protection, I do not want reviews. I believe our time together is special and not for the public.

I do enjoy this line of work. It allows me to be in two educational programs at once while maintaining a social and romantic life, exercising, and still having some free time.

There are many things I do to ensure it stays this way including being intentional with work/life balance and screening.
